PURCHASE AND CONTRACTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the ISSSPP 2026 conference organized by the University of Granada.

2. Description of the Service

The conference includes:

• 3 days of events (9, 10 and 11 November 2026)

• Approximate schedule from 09:00 to 21:00

• Talks, colloquia and workshops

• Lunch included

• Accommodation and dinners are not included

The event will take place in person and will not be recorded or streamed.

3. Access to the Event

Access to the event will be granted upon presentation of the purchase confirmation email.

​

 

4. Price and Payment

• Price: €190 (VAT included)

• Currency: Euro (€)

• One-time payment (no instalments available)

The user will receive a confirmation email after completing the purchase.

Invoices will only be issued upon request by the customer.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the purchase has been completed.

​

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as this service is related to leisure activities with a specific date.

7. Incidents

• Non-attendance: the amount paid will not be refunded.

• Technical issues beyond the control of the organization: the organization shall not be held responsible.

If the event is cancelled by the organization:

• An alternative date will be offered to participants.

• ​

 

8. Language

The contracting process may be carried out in Spanish and English.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute or conflict, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, Spain.
